How to use the alphabet strip

The page has two alphabet strips, each in three parts. Cut out the parts and glue each striped tab under the end of the part before it. Tape the strip along the top of the desk where the child writes.

• Look before you ask. When the child forgets how a letter looks, the strip shows it in both cases.
• Sing and point. Point to each letter while singing or saying the alphabet.
• Before and after. Which letter comes right after m? Right before t?
